one more week for... SCHOOL!

i'm way too happy we're only down to one week before school!  xia asks about school almost 10x a day.  we go to malls during weekends and she still prefers school! 

"school tayo mama?"
"i want school mama!"
"go to office ka mama?  xia go to school din ha?"

just today when she saw me all dressed up for work, she said she's going with me and she will go to school.  i just said yes just to end the discussion.  but she prodded her yaya to bathe her.  she took her clothes all by herself because she was excited to go to school. 

hay.  sana lang maging ganun ka pa rin ka enthusiastic even after 10yrs of going to school everyday!  tingnan nga natin :D 

i am running out of alibi's when she asks about school.  so this time, i can't wait for monday! 

you want school, xia?  i'll give you school! haha, parang line lang sa telenovela...  it's going to be 6x a week, 3hrs a day for 3wks summer camp with math, english, music & movement and cooking!  yay!  i'm excited too! 

for the rest of the week, just enjoy your bubbles first my dear :)  it won't be too long for you to be in SCHOOL!!! 

our first ever mini-pictorial

yesterday's pictorial session in the clubhouse, playground and park turned out sooo fun!  ninang gen and tito rocky came so prepared with all the shot idea and props for the shoot.  


xia was also in the mood the whole time - so it was a +++! 

it was our first time to do it.  and we were so lucky it was free of charge! :)  tito rocky is starting his photo business and we are grateful we are part of his portfolio.  


will try to put together the best shots in a collage next time...

finally found our star in the mind museum - via miake! :)  we spent a good 10mins to look for it while we were inside the museum but did not manage to find it...

xia meets the mouse family again!

we've been away for awhile.  and it was a good getaway with family.  


the grandest vacation so far was another hongkong trip.  so it was meeting the ever famous mouse family again! 

thanks my-my-la for an all-expense-paid HK trip!  it was awesome! :)

the mind museum tour

we had the opportunity to visit the mind museum 2 weeks after it opened.  it was part of our office' perks where we get discounted tix. 

so off we went with ninang dayds and ate ging. 


it was a day of exploration for xia...  

we were looking for our star here (named:  margaux & xia) but did not find it.  good thing a friend at work saw it and took picture of it so i need to get a copy of it :)  

as you can see, she keeps on tinkering things.  what's good around the museum is that kids can really touch things around and most are really interactive.  

she was scared of other things though...

yay, the gang's all here!  it just means one thing:  summer is officially ON! :)  

ate jai and kuya matt made the little girl even happier!
